Daviess Co. Judge Mattingly – Events Center interview 7/26/2011 pt. 2

Daviess County Judge Al Mattingly talked about the new Events Center downtown. He discusses all the events that have lead up to this point. Mattingly says he is surprised by the lack of citizen involvment in the project.
