Chef Sara Bradley calls Paducah, Kentucky home, this Western Kentucky native has been featured on Bravo's hit show Top Chef All-star not once, but twice. Let's discover more about the Bluegrass State's culinary star.

Meet Chef Sara Bradley

Sara's parents were her foundation, her familial background holds much of the inspiration behind her professional journey. Her mother comes from a Jewish upbringing and her father has deep Appalachian roots. Worlds collided by way of food in the very best of ways. 

Sara sharpened her skills, much like one would sharpen their best knives by working under Michelin Star recipient chefs such as John Fraser at Dovetail, as well as David Posey and Paul Kahan of Blackbird. Sara eventually journeyed back home to open up her eatery, flanked by her new kitchen skills. Sara is proud of her ability to use locally sourced ingredients in her dishes, such as locally grown produce from farms all within a day's drive from her restaurant location.

Located at 330 South 3rd St, Paducah is the freight house, and restaurant owned by Sara Bradley. The restaurant offers a new take on southern classic dishes and offers its patrons a bourbon bar. Because of course it does, this is Kentucky after all!
