French Lick Scenic Railway Only Has a Few Polar Express 2019 Tickets Left!

Last year, we took our daughter and her best friend on a magical train ride through the Southern Indiana landscape at dusk. As it grew darker and darker outside, strange things began to happen. It all started when the conductor asked us for our tickets. Nothing strange there... but elves began to dance and serve us hot chocolate, and then... Santa himself came out and presented each child with the first gift of Christmas.

The French Lick Railway hosts the wildly popular Polar Express Train Ride every November and December. And seats fill up quickly. In fact, only a few remain so book your tickets now before they are all gone. Get your tickets here. The train holds many themed rides throughout the year including The Wizard of Oz, bourbon tasting, chocolate tasting, and the Easter Bunny train ride.

All aboard! Inspired by the Warner Bros. film and award-winning book by Chris Van Allsburg, the magic of The Polar Express comes to life. Read along with the story as the train makes its magical round-trip journey to the North Pole. Meet Santa and enjoy caroling, hot cocoa, a treat and a special gift for each child. Families are encouraged to wear pajamas! Tickets must be purchased prior to event.
