Questions over whether in-person voting would be taking place for the Kentucky primary, which was moved from May 19th to June 23rd due to the coronavirus, have been put to rest.

Governor Andy Beshear and Secretary of State Michael Adams have come to an agreement that all Kentuckians who are registered for the primary can vote by mail via absentee ballot.

HERE is a copy of the formal recommendation letter from Secretary Adams.

HERE is a copy of Governor Beshear's Executive Order outlining the procedures for the June 23rd primary.

In addition, the State Board of Elections will be working on a plan to safely conduct limited in-person and a possible drive-through option if a voter can still vote if not by mail.
