MEET KING HENRY THOMAS DALTON VIII
Sir Henry is a 12-year-old Basset Hound and he is adorable. I asked his momma and my dear friend, Christy Dalton, all about him.
He was the 8th puppy in the litter. He is gonna be 12 in May. Dr. Hyland always says he is the fittest basset hound around. He’s an awesome dog and was my daughter’s first “puppy” that she helped pick out.
IS THIS CEREAL NEWS REAL OR "FLAKE"?
But cereal-ously this may be one of the funniest things you've seen in a long time. Sir Henry loves some cereal. Honeycombs are his favorite. This past weekend he decided he'd have a bowl or box of cereal if you will and this is what happened.
This incident was 1am in the morning and I could hear him noise whistling. (Which drives me crazy) and when I went in there his head was neck deep in the honeycombs. The box was almost empty and my child left it on the end table. He’s a mess. He also can’t back out of places. Once he was got stuck beside the couch for who knows how long because he doesn’t know he can back up.
Poor Boy, all he wanted was a little taste of the cereal. His momma says he has also gotten himself into a few other jams when they weren't home. Being as though he has short legs getting up and down the stairs is a challenge.
He got stuck on the stairs for awhile when no one was home but then we all cheered for him and told him he could do it when we got home and he hopped on down. LOL! He is obsessed with food and has snatched many a delicious treat of the opportunity presents itself.
Sir Henry VIII is a very loved pup and his momma and sister think the world of him.
Have your animals ever gotten themselves stuck in anything or gotten into a bit of trouble? These pups have LOL!
