Heading to the Heart

The weekend is fast approaching and so is my mom Cheryl's birthday.  As of Tuesday the 14th I still have no gift for her and no clue as to what to get her.  What does a 50 year old woman want? 

Friday morning after the show the girlfriend Margaret and myself are jumping in the Caddy and heading to Ohio for Mothers birthday.  This is the first time Margaret will meet my family.  Does everyone remember when I met her family?  I hope its that interesting ha! 

Its an excellent time to bring Margaret around.  We are getting everyone taken care of in one night.  Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, ETC.  They will all be there celebrating the big 5-0 and the big 3-0 for my sister Ashley (its like a joint birthday). 

Still I have problems.  No gift for Mom.  Flowers Die, food doesn't last long, a tank of gas is way to lazy for me to get for a birthday.  I'll find something and everything will work out.  Im mainly worried about my tires blowing off my car while im driving through Batavia on the Highway (unhappy thoughts). 

Its a huge day coming up Friday.  Waking up at 3:30 a.m. like usual, heading to the office around 5 jumping on the air at 6 wrapping up at 8 then a 7 hour drive to Ohio, hopefully making it by the start of the party and my buddy Justins graduation party as well sometime throughout the evening.  I know what im doing Saturday, sleeping away my mini vacation. 

Excited is too small of a word to see my family and celebrate with my Mother and Sister.  Its been since January since ive seen my family. Im ready for country music and dancing and letting everyone see my new girlfriend.  Fingers crossed!
