Here’s Another Common Traffic Practice That Is Also Dangerous [VIDEO]

On a couple of occasions over the last week, I've noticed (because how could you NOT) drivers doing something that they should stop doing.

Simply put...THIS:

By the way, there's a Kentucky statute that applies, but, alas, it doesn't exactly say NOT to do what I've suggested.

But I still think it could be dangerous.
