All Makes And Models are Available at the VHS!

The Vanderburgh Humane Society (VHS) in Evansville has pets of all shapes and sizes. Or, as Executive Director, Kendall Paul likes to say when she stops by the studio on Thursdays, "all makes and models, and all certified pre-owned." They also have them in all ages, from puppies and kittens that are weeks old to dogs and cats who have been around awhile. So there is a very good likelihood that the VHS will have a pet that fits your lifestyle! Each week we feature a pet of the week with the VHS, and this week we've got a sweet girl named Pip, and she is as sassy as her name!

Meet Pip!

Pip is a tortoiseshell cat, meaning she has those gorgeous tortoiseshell markings in her fur.  She is a sassy girl who loves to play but also loves to snuggle.  She's three years old, does well with other cats, and is ready to find her forever home!

Meet three-year-old girl Pip! Tortoiseshell cats are often admired for their beautifully unique coloring and character–Pip is no different and exudes what they call “tortitude.” Sassy with big personalities, tortie cats are notoriously feisty. Don’t judge a book by its cover just yet, though! Pip is also extremely sweet, affectionate, and easy going with the other cats in our cageless cat lounge. Sound like your type of gal? Her $100 adoption fee includes her spay, microchip and up-to-date vaccinations. Apply for her online at vhslifesaver.org!
