Price Cut Alert! Tony Stewart’s Indiana Mansion is Back on Market

It's been almost two years since NASCAR legend Tony Stweart first listed his Indiana Mansion on the market, and now it's back up for grabs. That is, of course, if you have the cash. While the new listing sports a lower price tag than its predecessor, it's safe to say this megahome is still out of my home buying range. However, if I win the lottery this week, there will be signs.

The gorgeous ranch is located at 10285 W. Youth Camp Rd., in Columbus, Indiana, and encompasses around 415 acres. According to Zillow, the home was first listed for $30,000,000 on March 1, 2022, but was removed in December 2022. Now, the home is for sale yet again, but this time with a pretty hefty price cut of $7,500,000. That's a lot of zeros. Also, it looks like the home has been listed by the same agent as last time: Carrie Holle at Compass Indiana, LLC.

With the home now priced at $22,500,000, I'm curious as to how fast it will stay on the market this time around.
