Ten Amazing Autographed Country Concert Posters Up for Grabs in Evansville, Indiana
If you're a country music fan and you love collecting country music memorabilia, you are going to love this. The Friends of Victory in Evansville, Indiana is hosting an online auction that seeks to raise money dedicated to the preservation, restoration and maintenance of the Victory Theatre in downtown Evansville.
Now, I remember when the Victory was an under 21 dance club back in the late 80s and early 90s. When I was in school at Daviess County High, my friends and I made frequent weekend trips there. It as awesome!
Of course, now it's a theatre again and has played host to endless concerts and stand up comics since its restoration.
That theatre is gorgeous and it's a tremendous place to take in a concert. The venue truly offers something for everyone. I've see all kinds of artists there- from Adam Lambert to David Nail to Olivia Newton-John to the Chef Robert Irvine from Restaurant Impossible.
To raise money for their ongoing mission, Friends of Victory just launched an incredible Autographed Concert Poster Charity Auction. That auction is live now and wraps up at 8pm CST, Friday, October 13th.
There are all sorts of signed posters up for grabs, but, as you can imagine, some of the hottest items up for grabs feature country music stars that have played the Victory or the nearby Ford Center. There are over 200 items available in the auction, but I think these ten are going to be really hot commodities.
