The Owensboro Air Show is coming up in September and the Blue Angels are flying back into town (and above it) September 13th, 14th and 15th. The show will also feature the Redline Airshows Aerobatic Team and two lucky area dads are going to get the opportunity to buckle in and ride along with them!

To celebrate Father's Day, the City of Owensboro just announced a really fun contest. It's called the Fearless Fathers Contest and you're encouraged to enter your dad for a chance to win a ride of a lifetime with Redline- a father/son duo.

HOW THE CONTEST WORKS

You can visit the Owensboro Air Show Facebook page and submit your father figure for consideration. Simply submit a photo of your dad, his name and why he should win the chance to ride with Redline! Registrations will be open from Friday, June 7th at Noon CST through Thursday, June 13th at 11:59pm CST. Then, during Father's Day Weekend, the two winners will be announced.

The Owensboro Air Show has become one of the most popular events in the city. This year's show features a return visit from the U.S. Navy Blue Angels.
