It is safe to say that we will all remember where we were during The Great American Total Solar Eclipse of 2024. But, several folks in New Harmony, Indiana will have quite the story to remember.

Is New Harmony Even Real?

First of all, let's talk about the history of New Harmony, Indiana, and there is quite a lot considering the population is only 741. Of course, we know that the community exists, but it is often referred to as a 'Utopia'. The basic definition of a utopia is an imaginary society that lives in perfect harmony. There have actually been three versions of New Harmony Utopia.

John Schneider Calls This Southern Indiana Town a Bucket List Destination 

I am not exactly sure how John Schneider decided that he would spend his birthday in  New Harmony, Indiana, but he chose the perfect spot considering that it coincided with The Great American Total Solar Eclipse of 2024.

Kayla Stutsman Kennada was in the right place at the right time, and not only met John Schneider in her hometown, but she also got to experience the total solar eclipse with him!
