You still have time to get a team together to help make sure every child in the tri-state gets a visit from Santa this year. The Christmas Wish Golf Scramble with the Daviess County Fire Department is right around the corner.

The Daviess County Fire Department has been a major Christmas Wish supporter every year. Even though fundraising wasn't easy during the pandemic, these heroes found a way to make it happen in a big way last year. They shattered their previous years total and everyone at the Christmas Wish Office was floored. We were blessed that Daviess County Fiscal Court was on hand to capture the excitement, the emotion, and the pure joy that took place.

We always know that we can count on them, with your support, to make dreams come true for area children! You can be part of this amazing mission.

8th Annual WBKR Christmas Wish Golf Scramble

The event will be held on Friday, September 10th, 2021 at Ben Hawes Golf Course in Owensboro. Registration starts at 7:30 AM with the tee-off at 8 AM. Food and drinks will also be provided. There will be door prizes and $500 up for grabs!

The cost per team is $200, with up to four players per team. The fee will include green fees, cart rental, 18 holes, and many contests held throughout the event!

ALL proceeds benefit Christmas Wish.

You can register at any DCFD station, either Airport Road or Country Side Drive.
