Kentucky Woman Throws ‘Implosion Party’ to View Demolition

Sally Davis lives in Frankfort and over the weekend she threw a big party at her place because she had a great view of the city's tallest building.

And since the Capital Plaza Tower was set to be demolished (it's gone now), she threw a big viewing party for her friends.

Complete with "Blast-Off Bloody Marys."

Sally's apparently very good at coming up with themes.

I got a close-up look at that tower about six years ago. It looked like it was on its last leg then.

I wonder why it took as long as it did.
