Ky. 56 To One Lane Wednesday April 4th.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict traffic to one lane on KY 56 in western Daviess County on Wednesday, April 4, 2012. 

The lane restriction on KY 56 at mile point 7.247 is to allow maintenance and inspection work on the Panther Creek Bridge. This is between Crooked Creek Road and KY 456. 

Motorists can expect to encounter one lane traffic with alternating flow controlled by flaggers from about 9:00 a.m., CDT, Wednesday, to about 12 Noon. Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and inspection personnel are on the bridge deck in close proximity to traffic flow.
