Saturday April 13th there's a live raptor show, and silent auction happening in Henderson to benefit The Talon Trust!

This Saturday The Talon trust is hosting their 3rd annual silent auction and live raptor show! It'll be at John James Audubon State Park the live raptor show will be from 1:15-2:15, with onsite bidding beginning at 10AM.

The Talon Trust is a 501C3 non profit. They are a raptor rescue based in the tri-state.  They provide daily care and safe enclosures for injured birds of prey.

Join us for the 3rd Annual silent auction and live raptor show, hosted at John James Audubon State
Park Museum and presented in conjunction with the Ohio Valley Birding Festival.
Show your support for your local wildlife and our efforts to save native raptors by donating items or
bidding in the silent auction! The auction will include over 100 unique, handmade and locally donated
items. We will also have signature Talon Trust items for sale. All funds raised will be used to care for
injured birds. Online bidding starts Saturday, April 6 at 12:00 p.m. and continues through Saturday April
13 until 3:00 p.m. Onsite bidding at Audubon State Park is April 13 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
The live raptor show will be presented on Saturday April 13 1:15- 2:15 p.m. in the lower level of the
museum. Attendees can see live raptor ambassadors and learn about our rescue and rehabilitation
efforts with native raptors.
We are an all volunteer local raptor rescue and rehabilitation organization providing educational
experiences for the public. As a not for profit 501c3 organization, we operate solely on donations,
grants, and program fees. We provide daily care and safe enclosures for injured birds of prey. The
silent auction provides the majority of our annual budget. Please donate, bid, and visit with us!
