Louisville Native and Oscar Winner Jennifer Lawrence Will Receive Hollywood Walk of Fame Star

Jennifer Lawrence has accomplished a lot in her 27 years. She will be adding one of Hollywood's most distinguished and most visited honors next year, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The Louisville native and Oscar winner will be receiving a star next year along with these other famous folks: Star Wars icon Mark Hamil, "Weird" Al Yankovic, Jack Black, Kirsten Dunst, Jeff Goldblum, RuPaul, Carrie Underwood, and Minnie Mouse.

Each inductee must raise $30,000 for a sponsorship fee for his or her star and they have two years to schedule a star ceremony.
