Mardi Gras Masquerade Madness Feb. 4

The flyer advises you to "save the date" for the annual Mardi Gras Masquerade Madness Saturday February 4. I think that is a great idea. Nobody wants to be left our for this first big blast of 2012.

The Owensboro Museum of Science and History presents: Stones and Bones 2012. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. and goes on till around 10 p.m. at the Museum at 122 East Second St., Owensboro.

Everyone dresses up and enjoys an evening of great music, incredible food (featuring appetizers and a Cajun Buffet and drinks). There is always a surprise or two and right now you can reserve your place.
