Now that Christmas is past it's time for New Years.  That's right, 2014 is coming whether we like it or not and as the new year comes the majority of people attempt to better themselves by creating some resolution. Actually I was surprised to see that statistically 48% of people actually follow through with their resolutions.  However that means that 52% (the majority) don't.  What's yours?  Maybe to quit smoking?  It's on the list!

6- Spend more time with family
