The CEO of Diversity Motorsports, Terence Cox III, has claimed that NASCAR has not worked with him in trying to increase the number of African Americans in the sport.

So he is seeking $500 million in damages for racial discrimination.

The complaint was filed Monday.

In the complaint, according to CNN, Cox mentioned Steve Harvey and that NASCAR prevented the comedian from creating his own racing team.

But Harvey is having none of it, saying he has no desire to be dragged into it and that he has no problem with NASCAR.

19 other defendants--including Richard Petty Motorsports, Team Penske, Hendrick Motorsports, and Chip Ganassi Racing--were also named.

In turn, NASCAR plans to seek action against Cox for defamation.
