
National Day of Prayer is Thursday May 3.
The 61st National Day of Prayer is this Thursday. Events begin Wed. night for our young people and continue thru the noon hour on Thursday. The schedule of events is posted here as well as a video created locally telling you how to get involved.
I pray you can find the time in your busy schedule to attend at least one of these events.

Prayer Breakfast:
7:00am – 7:45am Y. M. C. A.
Bible Reading:
11:30am - 11:50am Courthouse Sidewalks
Over 365 people standing on the sidewalk around the Courthouse, while quietly reading aloud assigned scriptures, so that the entire bible is read in 20 minutes. Please bring your own bible. A scripture to read will be assigned to you at the courthouse and distributed at the flagpole. In case of rain, please bring an umbrella
Prayer & Worship Service:
11:50am - 12:50pm Courthouse Lawn
Approximately a dozen people will be leading worship, prayer and song as well as testimonies to the power of prayer in the lives of God’s people.
