Two weeks ago, after a live broadcast at the Grand Ole Opry Plaza, Jordan the Intern and I got to enjoy an amazing Grand Ole Opry show.

Kellie Pickler kicked off the night with a terrific three-song set, which included her new single "Someone, Somewhere Tonight." (Actually, they were ALL three-song sets.)

Diamond Rio left the crowd wanting more after finishing with their signature classic "Meet in the Middle." Country music legend Bill Anderson was hilarious, as usual.

Lennon & Maisy, who play Connie Britton's daughters on ABC's Nashville, were amazing. They sang their cover of The Lumineers' "Ho Hey" and mesmerized the crowd with a super-cool arrangement of Johnny Cash's "Ring of Fire."

Another country legend--and 30-year Grand Ole Opry member--Ricky Skaggs simply blew me away. And he didn't even sing his most familiar songs. In fact, I couldn't tell you the titles. But a duet he performed with his wife, Sharon White, was just incredible. Just good old Appalachian country music.

You know, it must be difficult to pick out only three songs when you've had as many hits as Rascal Flatts has had. But Gary, Jay, and Joe Don did it and they rocked! And, let me tell ya--as someone who was seeing Flatts live for the first time ever--Joe Don smokes on the guitar. Mind-blowing!

But that wasn't the last great guitarist of the evening. Or great entertainer. Or country superstar. No, Keith Urban was the show's final act and, typically, blew everyone in the Opry away. He continues to be one the very best live performers we have. And he does it effortlessly. But Keith's set wasn't the first we saw of him. He came out early to introduce the night's penultimate show-stopper.

American Idol runner-up Kree Harrison is the real deal, folks. She is incredibly talented. She is humbled by the early success her talent has brought her. And she is strikingly beautiful. Her duet with Keith Urban on the Kris Kristofferson standard "Help Me Make It Through the Night" was the high point in a night filled with them. But don't take my word for it.

Feast your eyes on Keith Urban and Kree Harrison and an incredible cover of "Help Me Make It Through the Night":
