Owensboro Police Department Locate Missing Owensboro Man

When I saw the news yesterday afternoon, my heart just sank for his family. Mr. Welsh had been reported missing on Sunday from the Assisted Living Facility where he lived.

On June 26th, 2019 the Owensboro Police Department located Joseph F Welsh, 70 years old, of Owensboro deceased. Mr. Welsh had been reported missing on June 23rd, 2019 from the Assisted Living Facility where he lived and was located with the assistance of the Daviess County Emergency Management Agency and their Search and Rescue Team.

Detectives continue to investigate, however at this time there does not appear to be anything suspicious about the death of Mr. Welsh.
