If you have plans to travel out of the country anytime soon and don't have your passport you're in luck!  The US Post Office main Owensboro location in Bon Harbor Hills will host a Passport Fair this weekend.

From what I have heard getting your passport prepared to travel can be a long journey.  Our local Owensboro Post Office is trying the help everyone out by hosting a Passport Fair this Saturday, October 26, from 8 a.m.-Noon.

To apply for a passport, you need a certified copy of your birth certificate, a valid photo ID (like a driver's license) and a passport photo that you can get at the fair.

Passport fees are $110 for people aged 16 years or older, $80 for minor's under 16. For minors under 16, both parents must be present and have a valid ID. Fees must be paid by check or money order made payable to the U.S. Department of State.

Execution fees are $35, photo fees are $15. Fees must be paid by cash, credit/debit card, check or money order made payable to the U.S. Postal Service.
