Pennywise the Dancing Clown from IT May Have Invaded Evansville Sewers (PIC)

As Halloween is less than a week away, we'll probably start seeing more tricks before we get our treats. For one prankster, they are using a fear of clowns to scare people. This morning, this was spotted floating from the sewer drain near Wesselman's woods:

The red balloon obviously represents Pennywise from the Stephen King book and film IT. Tying it to the gutter makes it even more obvious what the prankster was going for because...

Anyway, if you see any mysterious balloons, just leave them alone because you'd hate to end up floating down there...
