Recycle and Help The Museum

Talk about a great partnership. Resource Recycling and the Owensboro Museum of Science and History are teaming up for a year long fundraiser that will not only help the Museum but clean up cans littering our roadways. It is also a great way for homeowners and businesses to keep things green, earn a bit of money and help the museum.

Beginning today January 5, 2012, and continuing all year long, Resource Recycling will make a donation to the Owensboro Museum of Science and History of 5 cents a pound for every pound of aluminum cans recycled on Thursdays!

Resource Recycling will also pay patrons 5 cents extra per pound for aluminum cans on Thursdays IF they present the Resource Recycling  coupons . Help raise funds for YOUR museum while helping the environment! Spread the word and save those cans! 

This is a GREAT fundraiser that will make a real difference for the museum AND the environment. The more you participate, the more money we raise for educational programs and exhibits!
