Save-A-Lot in Owensboro Closing Soon

Save-A-Lot in Owensboro will be closing their doors for good later this month.

The discount grocery store, Save-A-Lot in Owensboro, will officially close their doors on January 26th, 2019. They've been a staple on Triplett Street and will be missed.

When I asked what would become of the employees at the store, they said that they will try to relocate to the Price Less Store or IGA locations in town. Well, at least that's some good news. We'll miss you!

Owensboro isn't alone either. The Save-A-Lot store in Central City is set to close January 19th, 2019.
