Serendipity Creates 'Friends' Inspired Ice Cream

Ice Cream just got a bit more delicious and entertaining. Serendipity has teamed up with Warner Bros. to offer Friends-inspired ice cream and other movie-inspired flavors.

This is a dream come true for the ice cream connoisseur. The flavor is the perfect combination of all things Friends. It's coffee-flavored ice cream with a big fudge swirl and dark chocolate-covered almonds. The first thing that comes to mind with I picture the popular '90s television series is the whole gang sitting around sipping coffee at Central Perk.

The amazing news is the inspired flavor is here to stay. The company has decided to make it part of their regular production.

Even more good news is all throughout the year they will be churning out even more fun flavors with a TV/Movie theme. Those movies include:

the two powerhouses now have plans to release ice cream flavors inspired by a few classic films that you may know and (hopefully) love including A Christmas Story, Caddyshack, and The Goonies. The latter of the three will see its pint release, "Sloth and Chunk Rocky Rooooaad?," later this month with the remaining two having a TBA release date.

I wonder if Serendipity takes suggestions. If I could have one television-inspired ice cream flavor it would be all things Golden Girls. Picture it, three-part ice cream with strawberry cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake, and regular cheesecake flavors in one if you will. I am pretty sure it would sell out on the first day it hit the shelves. One can dream right?!
