Mother Nature is apparently not a NASCAR fan. Due to snowfall that began Saturday afternoon at Martinsville Speedway, all racing activities have been postponed to Monday. This is the first time in 25 years a race has been delayed by snow. Here's where it happened.

In March 1993, the Motorcraft 500 was delayed six days after Atlanta and most all of the south experienced a true blizzard.

The decision to delay this weekend's activities was based solely on the safety of the fans. Therefore, tomorrow the Camping World Truck Series race, which got in 27 laps before a wintry mix started to fall, will begin at 10:00 a.m. local time and can be heard on our sister station WOMI 99.9 FM, 1490 AM.

The STP 500 Monster Energy Cup race will follow with live coverage beginning at 1:00 pm on 92.5 WBKR. live from Martinsville Speedway.

Talk about March Madness.
