Jimmie Johnson stood in victory lane on Sunday after winning the Tums Fast Relief 500 in Martinsville, Virginia. It was Johnson's fourth victory of the season and his first in the 10-race championship series.

Race number six in the Chase for the Sprint Cup Championship took place on Sunday at Kansas Speedway, and Matt Kenseth took the checkered flag. Kenseth's victory at the Hollywood Casino 400 was his third of the season and second in the 10-race chase.

I mentioned in Friday's NASCAR preview of today's race, Taylor Swift was moving into the Cup Race in a  big way. The country diva's marketing plan for her album 'Red' has included pizza boxes and commercials for Target, but now, the singer will help get fans revved up at the Hollywood Casino 400 of the NASCAR Sprint Cup series later today. Clint Bowyer won his third race of the season and his first in the 10-race Chase for the Sprint Cup Championship at the Bank of America 500 on Saturday Night.

Just when things start to look up for Dale Earnhardt Jr., bad luck strikes again. Earnhardt will miss the next two races in the chase for the Sprint Cup Championship in Charlotte and Kansas due to a concussion. This will end his championship run.

The words say it all as NASCAR's Darrell Waltrip reflects on his life. Waltrip was in town to shoot part of a one hour TV special airing on Speed July 9 prior to the SPRINT CUP race at Kentucky Speedway.

One day after being named a 2011 NASCAR Hall of Fame honoree Owensboro's Darrell Waltrip came to town to film part of a TV show on his life. Darrell Waltrip Hometown Hero will air one hour before the first Sprint Cup Race at Kentucky Speedway in Sparta on July 9.
