A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close a section of KY 2121/Southtown Boulevard in Owensboro starting Monday, April 16, 2012, as part of ongoing reconstruction work.  KY 2121/Southtown Boulevard will be closed to all traffic between Martin Luther King, Jr., Loop and KY 2699/Goetz Drive to construct a reinforced concrete box culvert across Southtown Boulevard.
