Total Solar Eclipse

There is a lot of planning that goes into welcoming up to 80,000 visitors to our region.

Raise your hand if you tried to take pictures of the total solar eclipse. I did, however, one picture I took was a pure delight to watch.

The last time a total solar eclipse passed through our area was 1918, but did you know the last total solar eclipse to pass over North America was in 1979?

We are almost a week out from the total solar eclipse and I guarantee this probably won't be the weirdest story you'll read, but it's pretty odd. Yes, there's a map where you can possibly see the eclipse AND a Sasquatch or, in this case, a Sunsquatch.
