Tamarack Elementary Is Renovating [VIDEO]

While driving by Tamarack Elementary School  the other day, we noticed some not-so-strange goings-on. But I have to admit, I may need to work on being a little more observant.

I actually drive by Tamarack a lot when I got visit my mother.

So either DCPS works at lightning-quick pace or I just haven't noticed the work they've been doing.
