The Next Couple of Lunar Eclipses Are Not Far Away
Don't be sad. The next few lunar eclipses will be up next. I love a good "blood moon".
January 31st is the next date for a lunar eclipse. It won't be visible to us, but it will be over northwest North America, including Alaska and Canada, who were both left out of Monday's solar eclipse. On July 27th, a total lunar eclipse will only be visible over the Eastern Hemisphere.
Here in the Tri-State, our next lunar eclipse will be on January 21st, 2019. This time all 50 states will be able to see it.
