So the "Big Game" is right around the corner and studies have shown that this particular Sunday is the second highest food consumption day of the year -- it's close in line with Thanksgiving.

What do you eat on "Big Game" Sunday?  There has been a list of a few things, their calorie amounts and what needs to be done to burn those calories off in rather funny FOOTBALL FASHION!

First off, I would like to thank Dr. Platkin from Hunter College and dietdetective.com for all of this great info.

-Let's say you eat a foot long Italian Sub.  It has a ton of calories and you would have to walk the Brooklyn Bridge more than 14 times to burn it all off.  That's 16.2 miles.  Remember to skip the Mayo and Cheese.

-This one is really something.  Take a Doritos chip and eat it... great, you just consumed almost 13 calories... from one chip.  Now if you want to burn that off, cue the music and dance from start to finish to "Locked Out Of Heaven" by Bruno Mars.

-If you eat six Chili's Fajita beef classic nachos (not 6 platters, 6 nachos) you would have to run 242.5 football fields to burn it all away.

-For every 4 swigs of Bud Light Beer you would have to play 8 solid minutes of professional football.

-One single Ritz Cracker with Cheez Whiz, spend 21 minutes preparing, cooking, serving and cleaning up after the "Big Game" party.

-One New York City Pretzel requires 111 minutes of being the team mascot.  It's probably rough.

- Fifteen pizza hut buffalo burnin' hot crispy bone in wings dipped in ranch dressing.  You would need to do the every popular WAVE 9461 times.

-Four Tostitos scoops with guacamole?  Yep, go ahead and do 133 touchdown dances in the end zone.

-4 Cheese Sticks from Papa Johns requires painting the faces of 23 wild fans.  Probably a workout.

-Ladies if you have a bowl of chili it is going to cost you 73 minutes straight of constant cheerleading!
