This weeks' "What's Cookin" recipe is the perfect start to your day and Merritt Bates-Thomas, from the Green River District Health Department, is sharing with us!
Breakfast Berry Sundaes
Angel Welsh
2 (6-ounce containers) light Vanilla Greek Yogurt*
1 cup fresh berries or fruit (fresh strawberries or fruit cut into bite size pieces)
6 tablespoons oat cluster cereal
Distribute one container of yogurt evenly between two serving cups or bowls. Top yogurt with berries or fruit and cover with remaining container of yogurt. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of yogurt over each sundae. Enjoy for breakfast, a snack or dessert!
I absolutely love yogurt and berries topped with granola and this dish is over the top delicious!
