Unless it's approved by the property owner, graffiti is considered vandalism and a punishable crime. So, why is there so much in Owensboro and who the heck is Jarbo?

UPDATE: OPD just released these photos. Although blurry, maybe you'll recognize this male who is wanted for questioning.

I hate to even use the word graffiti in this article. To me, graffiti is a beautiful piece of art that the city, county or property owner has commissioned. What I see around the city is ugly. It costs taxpayers and property owners money to get it covered up. It's just disappointing and an eyesore for our city. See something, hear something, say something. Surely, someone knows who is doing this. Surely, someone knows this Jarbo character.

My friend, Dale Taylor posted these photos on his Facebook page asking the same thing. The response is what you'd expect from the public and the issue is wider than just what these photos reveal, which is also heartbreaking.
