Wonder Whip in Owensboro Now Serving Delicious Dole Whip

One of my absolute favorites parts of the Kentucky State Fair is Pineapple Whip.  As a matter of fact, that has become a staple of our annual broadcast tradition there.  The very last thing we do, before we pack up shop and come home after broadcasting all day long from opening day, is stop by the Pineapple Whip stand!  Well, now, I am not going to have to go a year in between servings.  Wonder Whip, at 2434 East 4th Street, is now serving Dole Whip!!

My buddy Seth Woodward, who has owned Wonder Whip for a couple of years now, called the radio station the other day.  I just happened to answer the phone and I am so glad I did!

Seth was calling to tell us that he is adding a new Dole Whip machine to Wonder Whip.  Starting this week, they're going to be serving it up . . . in cones or cups!  And, starting Friday, April 12th,  Wonder Whip is offering three different flavors: pineapple, raspberry and a combo of both!  And, there are only 90 calories per serving!

On Friday, from 11am to 1pm, I will be at Wonder Whip broadcasting live and inviting you all to stop by and try Dole Whip!  if you've had it before, I am basically preaching to the choir.  However, if you haven't tried it before, you must.  Come find me!  We'll have some together.  I won't be hard to miss.  I'll be standing near the side of the road with a gigantic Dole Whip stuffed in my face.
