Birdman Hand Rub – I Do This, Do You?

Things that happen when you are talking on the air, you wouldn't assume other people would do it.  But when I saw this picture I could not believe what I was seeing.  Other people actually do this!!

The birdman hand rub.  Yes every time I'm on the air, I lean into the microphone, begin talking, and start rubbing my hands together.  Cant figure out why.  Its just an impulse.

Other people apparently do this too.  Once I opened this up, the caption on I had no idea.  For some reason I just figured I was the only one who had these types of habits.  Other habits I have while on the radio is probably doing the "John Madden Twist" which is when my hands just go crazy, everywhere.
