Edward Snowden has been out of the country for a little over a month now and he is still hanging out in the Moscow Airport, waiting for his next move.  He is planning on heading to Latin America.  Venezuela is one of very few countries that have granted him asylum.  Segment 3 of "Where in the world is Eddy-Edward Snowden" explains what its like to live in an airport for a month and what his old job was like.

He went on to explain that the 4th amendment is being broken by the United States.  Snowden believes that this is immoral and wrong to spy on the people of the United States.  I couldn't agree more Eddy.

It hasn't been said when Snowden will make his move.  Venezuela is the prime place for him because they have told him, once he is there that he will be safe.

Diplomatic Relations between Venezuela and the U.S.  were restored in 2008 after President Obama was elected.  Having said that, it seems that Venezuela and The United States are "buddies" again.
