Owensboro’s New Events Center – River City Blessing ?

Like everyone else I have been listening to the years of discussions about the new Events/Convention Center for Owensboro. It was funded without plans at a PROPOSED level. Since that time ( I can't recall how many years) the cost has gone up and so has the square footage.

In the interest of putting this into perspective I found a couple of clips that might shed a bit of light on the subject.
