"I believe what we choose to eat plays a vital role in our health and energy level.  When we choose to eat foods that contain no nutritional value, we start feeling sluggish and our energy decreases quickly.  When our energy level wanes, our metabolism starts to slow down and we gain weight." "Our bodies are fueled by the foods we eat and if you are like me constantly on the go, you cannot afford to eat unhealthy.  I think we complicate matters when we bounce from one diet to the next. Rather than changing our complete diet to meet the needs of some fad diet why not learn to eat foods that are good for you".
