2nd Annual Bourbon & Bluegrass Century to Benefit Dream Riders of Kentucky, Inc.
Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just ride for fun, you’ll want to be a part of the 2nd Annual Bourbon & Bluegrass Century to Benefit Dream Riders of Kentucky, Inc. Deadline for online registration is Friday!
The 2nd Annual Bourbon & Bluegrass Century, Sponsored by Bicycle Owensboro, to Benefit Dream Riders of Kentucky, Inc. will be held Saturday, August 5th from 7A-10A
This year the Bourbon & Bluegrass Century will be the 5th ride option as part of The Kentucky Century Challenge event and everyone is invited to participate and raise money for such a beautiful cause!
The full Century, Metric Century, 33 miles, and a family friendly 15-mile route will all be available to ride. All routes will be fully supported with SAG stops and a rolling SAG.
Online registration will close at midnight this Friday, July 28th.
You can register the day of the event at a higher registration fee and you’ll miss out on the t-shirt or collectible shot glass. Register this week so you don’t miss out!
Course and Registration Fees:
Full Century - 7:00am $35 pre-registration fee/$45 after
Metric Century - 7:00am - $35 pre-registration fee/$45 after
33 Mile - 8:30am - $35 pre-registration feed/$45 after
Family Friendly 15-mile route - $15 children under 12 free!
*Day of registration will be $60!
**This year’s ride will be capped at 700 riders to ensure the safety of all riders as well as to ensure SAG's are adequately stocked!
There's also a fun mixer planned the night before the event to pick up your packets early, enjoy some bourbon tasting and more!
Pre-Packet Pick-up & Mixer will be on Friday, August 4th, 2017 from 5:30pm - 8:00pm at O.Z. Tyler Distillery located at 10 Distillery Road in Owensboro, KY.
5:30 - 8:00pm - Packet Pick-up & Vendor Showcase
5:45, 6:00, 6:45 and 7:00pm Bourbon Tour & Tasting ($10 per person, Max 20 people per tour on a first come basis)
Cash Bar & Light Appetizers
**There will also be a shuttle running 5:30 - 8:30 pm from the downtown area hotels (Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn) and Friday After 5 to O.Z. Tyler Distillery!!
