Colby’s Open (Shaped by FAITH)

Carole and Colby MacQuarrie, are husband and wife team and the owners of Colby’s Fine Food and Spirits and Colby’s Deli since 1987. They both compliment each other in their work environment. Proverbs 27:17 beautifully sums up their efforts together, "As iron sharpens iron,so one person sharpens another." 

Colby’s is located in the heart of downtown Owensboro on west third street and is known for its fine food, friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. It is one of the most popular restaurants in downtown Owensboro, KY.

Carole and Colby talked about what changes their restaurant and deli made to stay open during the COVID 19 and how the people of Owensboro fully supported their efforts to continue offering amazing food and quality service during the pandemic.
