Save Lives, Daviess County Fire Department Community Blood Drive
The Daviess County Fire Department is celebrating National Fire Safety Month by hosting a Community Blood Drive on Monday. The Western Kentucky Regional Blood Center Bloodmobile will be on hand. Blood donations are critical to helping save lives in the community!
I can't say enough about the heroes at the Daviess County Fire Department and the Western Kentucky Regional Blood Center. Keeping the community safe is their soul mission. When you combine both, many lives will be saved. Both are close to my heart and deserve recognition and praise!
Daviess County Fire Department Community Blood Drive
Grab your friends and family members and give blood on Monday, October 11th, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Western Kentucky Regional Blood Center Bloodmobile will be at the Daviess County Fire Department East Fire Station on Highway 54 in Owensboro. T-shirts will be awarded to those that donate. Stop by and meet some local heroes and become a hero yourself by giving blood to save lives. The complete donation process only takes around 30 minutes and the blood donations stay right here in Western Kentucky!

You can also make an appointment to give blood anytime by calling 270-684-9296. You can also book an appointment through their new iPhone app. Just search for "WKRBC" in the apps store. An appointment isn't required I should also mention.

They serve the following counties: Christian, Daviess, Ohio, Breckinridge, Crittenden, Caldwell, Hopkins, McLean, Trigg, and Hancock.
