Daviess County Library Needing Yearbooks for Digital Archive

Okay, how many of you still have all of your high school yearbooks? I do, and in this age, many archives are now digital aka online. On Friday, the Daviess County Public Library will begin digitizing all the local high school yearbooks, and you can help them out. 

You can either donate your yearbook or they can digitize your yearbook and have it returned.

Here are the schools/years they are needing:

Owensboro High School-1932, 1933, 1938, 1949, 1952, 1997, 2006, and 2008-2019.

Owensboro Catholic HS- 1952-1956, 1958, 1959, 1962-1966, 1968-1974, 1981, 1984, 1985, 1989, and 1994-2019.

Daviess County HS- 1959, 1993-1996, 2002, 2009, and 2014-2019.

Whitesville Trinity HS-ALL YEARS

Apollo HS-2019

***They are also seeking yearbooks for any past high school in Daviess County**

You can drop by or contact the library at 270-684-0211 and ask to be connected to the Kentucky Room for more information. The plan is to put all of the yearbooks online for access.
