Does This Charm Belong to You? [PHOTOS]

Well, I'll say one thing, my Lasik surgery nine years ago is still paying huge dividends today.

I was in the IGA parking lot on Scherm the other day and it was raining.

I looked down and noticed something that glinted.

It was a tiny charm that probably fell off of someone's bracelet.

I'm not exactly sure what it says on the charm, but if it belongs to you, then it won't make any difference.
