Where is Upstream Fish Co. Truck?

If you're questioning if there are too many food trucks in Illinois the answer is no. Same for anyone in Wisconsin who is wondering the same thing. There can never be too many.

I love food trucks. The more imaginative with the food the better. I don't know about you but I"m more open to trying new food out of a food truck versus in a restaurant. I think it's because I see other people enjoying it and there's usually a limited menu.

If you're trying a food truck for the first time do not go basic. Live on the wild side and try something new.

There's a new food truck rolling the area that landed on the top of my must-try list. All it took was one social media post and I was sold.

The Village of Roscoe shared a little background story of this new food truck. It starts with a woman and a dream.

Tara has always had a dream of owning and operating a food truck. When she reached out to her brother David Daut, founder of Upstream Fish Company in Lake of the Ozarks, he was delighted to help.

Upstream Fish Co. already has some awards under its belt before the food truck you're about to see even opened.

After a few short years of opening the brick and mortar, the fish market was awarded the “Best of the Lake” award in 2021 and “Best Seafood Market in Missouri” in 2022.
