I love food trucks. The more imaginative with the food the better. I don't know about you but I"m more open to trying new food out of a food truck versus in a restaurant. I think it's because I see other people enjoying it and there's usually a limited menu.
If you're trying a food truck for the first time do not go basic. Live on the wild side and try something new.
