Here’s an Excellent Tip to Help Postal Workers Beat the Heat

Our good friend and former mail carrier, Scott, shared an excellent tip on his Facebook page that I thought I should, in turn, share with you.

This comes from his friend Jayne Cross Dominie who suggests that should you see one of these LLVs...

...that maybe you could greet your postal carrier at the door with some cold water or Gatorade or perhaps a cold wet cloth for their face and neck.

Great idea!

See, these trucks are not air-conditioned, so you can imagine how miserable they have to be inside.

And these workers are in them all day long.
