I Had Forgotten Rupp Arena Was Due for Renovations When This Video Reminded Me [VIDEO]

It was about three years ago that I heard about the plan to upgrade Rupp Arena. And, boy, is it ever needed.

Although the last NCAA Tournament game played at Rupp happened in 2013, I suspect there won't be another until the renovations are complete.

Hey, as long as the Rupp name stays, I don't see purists being too unhappy about it.

I guess there's a certain nostalgic charm in the way that it currently looks as it always has.

But I'm all about the upgrade and even more so since I saw this video that has actually been out there a couple of years.

It's all about the Rupp project.
